As an art therapist, I help people navigate anxiety, trauma, and stress through creative expression and nervous system regulation. If traditional talk therapy feels overwhelming or ineffective for you, you’re not alone—and you’re not without options. Art therapy allows you to process emotions in a non-verbal, embodied way, often accessing healing pathways that words alone can’t reach.

I work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, hypervigilance, or disconnection. Whether you’re managing symptoms of PTSD, recovering from a difficult experience, or seeking more ease in your daily life, I provide a calm and grounded space where you can safely explore, create, and heal.

My Approach:

I blend art therapy with mindfulness-based practices and polyvagal-informed techniques to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. Our sessions may include breathwork, guided visualization, or somatic grounding tools, all tailored to your unique needs and comfort level. You do not need to be “artistic” to benefit—just open to the process.

Understanding trauma through the lens of the nervous system (polyvagal theory) helps us gently shift from survival mode into a place of safety, connection, and self-awareness. With compassionate attunement, I help clients tune into their bodies, build internal safety, and reconnect with creativity and joy.
